Maybe give him a chest holster for a revolver? To add more detail, as you mentioned (otherwise, he looks great... not much more I can think of)

Very nice design, and effort put forth! Not sure if it's just me, but the color seems a tad too washed-out, which is unfortunate for such a well drawn piece

Thanks man. He’s actually supposed to be like a water spirit. Just in case you though he was controlling ice. I might need to work the effects a little better, but I’m glad to have illustrated tempurature :D
